LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Feb.. 24, 2025 -- Simmons Bank announces the promotion of Felisha Aaron to community president for El Dorado. In her new position, Aaron will oversee local strategy along with loan and deposit growth for the market.
“Felisha has been with Simmons Bank for 30-plus years and continues to be a pivotal player in El Dorado’s success. We cannot wait to see what she accomplishes in her new role,” said Duncan Bellingrath, community regional executive for Simmons Bank.
Aaron started her banking career at Simmons Bank over 30 years ago as a relationship banker. Throughout her successful journey with the bank, she advanced to roles such as financial center manager, market retail manager, and most recently as a business development officer for the El Dorado market. She is a board member for Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services, the Union County Community Foundation, as well as a past board member for the El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce.
Aaron is a graduate of El Dorado High School.
