March 8 is International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to celebrating women’s achievements across the world.
Women make up more than 65% of the associates at Simmons Bank. Our Women RISE business resource group connects, supports and invests in female associates of Simmons Bank. We strive to provide associates with resources needed for growth and development.
In 2021, Simmons Bank announced groundbreaking support for female student-athletes through a sponsorship with 10 universities across our footprint. During the first year of the sponsorship, Simmons Bank provided internship programs, financial education classes and funding to female student athletes at partnering universities.
