Simmons Bank Service Month
Do More Good Image

Each September, Simmons Bank provides all associates the opportunity to volunteer their time and talent to nonprofits across the footprint. This annual, month-long celebration highlights Simmons Bank’s commitment to our communities.

We are featuring some of our outstanding associates and the reasons they give back to their community.

“Springfield Sister Cities Association helps bring cultural awareness and understanding to my city through our sister city relationships with Isesaki, Japan and Tlaquepaque, Mexico. Over the years, I have witnessed the positive impact that our organization has on the lives of people of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds. I believe by learning tolerance and compassion through cultural awareness, we can become a better integrated society that promotes peace through people. Once we understand our similarities, we can then embrace our differences.”

– Andy Drennen, Senior Portfolio Manager, Director of ESG Strategies
Simmons Bank, Springfield, Missouri

“It is important to help others especially when the need is there and I have the resources, time or ability to help. I also think it’s important to participate in my community to learn more about and understand the needs that are out there.”

– Kendra Phears, Mortgage Loan Officer
Simmons Bank, Stillwater, Oklahoma
