Simmons Bank Names Daniel Robinson Community President in Pine Bluff - April 26, 2018

PINE BLUFF, Ark. – Simmons Bank has named Daniel Robinson the new community president in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Robinson previously served as the community president of northeast Arkansas in Jonesboro.

“We are delighted to welcome Daniel back to Pine Bluff,” said Simmons Bank chairman and CEO Marty Casteel. “His experience and personal investment in this community will be a wonderful complement to his attentive client work. We are confident that Daniel will continue providing the best possible service for Simmons Bank customers in the area.”

A Pine Bluff native, Robinson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration at the University of Arkansas. He also completed various lending and banking courses and conferences, and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Robinson has been active in the Jonesboro community, serving in many diverse roles for a host of organizations, including the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce, Jonesboro Economic Development Corporation and many others. He recently served on the ABA Emerging Leaders Council and as a board member for the United Way of Northeast Arkansas. He is looking forward to plugging back into the Pine Bluff community.
